Queen Mary University

The iconic art deco Empire House building in London's Whitechapel has been dramatically transformed into a loft style workplace providing 15,520 sq ft of open plan space for the Queen Mary University.  

TASK has been privileged to be part of this very exciting project by providing twenty four fully bespoke, made to measure Acoustic Rooms, spread across five contemporary office floors, 

Our AR system was manufactured, supplied and installed on time and to the exact tailored specification. Featuring bronze framework, shared walls where required, both hinged framed glazed doors and sliding glass doors, upholstered panels with integrated power and data, lighting and ventilation within the acoustic ceilings and additional self contained climate control units.

Designed to integrate into the surroundings and to create private areas in an open plan environment, our Acoustic Rooms proved to be the perfect solution for this stunning BREEAM certificated office space.
